What happens once you get in touch
You hear back with a short list of what to send. Usually that means three months of bank statements. Once they arrive we read them and name a date. On that date the written plan reaches you.
What the statements are for
They show how money arrives and how it leaves. We read them before we advise, so the plan rests on your figures and not on a guess. They stay with us. They reach a third party only on your request for an introduction.
Whether there is a fee
Not for getting in touch. Later work is quoted in writing. It starts only after you agree the quote. Outside capital, where it enters the plan, carries whatever price its provider sets. That price is not ours.
Whether Fincrest Partners provides capital
No. We advise and we introduce. Capital, where any is needed, comes from a third party. That party sets the terms and makes the offer. You decide whether to take it.
