This notice covers the website at fincrestpartners.com, which Fincrest Partners runs. It lists what reaches us through the site and what we do with it. It applies to this website only. Anything a client shares later, under work agreed in writing, falls under that agreement.
What this website collects
The site has one form, on the Reach us page. Three fields: name, email, company. Company is optional. It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no tracking tools. Two kinds of information reach us.
The first is whatever you choose to send when you email or call. That is usually a name, a company name, a phone number or email address, and whatever you write or say.
The second is the visit log kept by the server that serves these pages. It records each visitor's IP address, which pages were opened, the browser used and when the visit took place.
How we use it
What you send is used to answer you and, where the conversation continues, to plan the work together. The visit log serves one purpose: keeping the site up, tracing faults and blocking misuse. We sell nothing you send. We use none of it for advertising.
Who sees it
The people at Fincrest Partners who answer enquiries and carry out the planning work. A third-party funding source sees a client's details only when that client asks us for an introduction, and then only what the introduction requires. We disclose information where the law obliges us to.
How long we keep it
We hold a message until it has been answered. Where work follows, we hold it for the life of that work and for a set period after the work ends, as part of our records. Visit logs are cleared after a short time.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you or your company. Ask for a correction or for deletion. Ask us to stop contacting you. The Reach us page shows how. We reply within a reasonable period. We may first check that the request comes from the person it concerns.
Changes
We may update this notice. The copy on this page, and the date it carries, is what applies.
